The franchise offers the entrepreneur the possibility of starting a business with greater chances of success than if he did it independently. The experience acquired by the plant, its success in the training process and the constant activity in the evolution of the concept, should be the three basic pillars on which the franchised activity is built.

The work of the franchisee should focus on the correct operation of its establishment, following the guidelines of the plant faithfully. Guidelines aimed at improving the business concept or increasing its performance should be proposed by the franchisor and carefully studied by the same. Maintaining both the homogeneity of the chain internally and consistency in its communication is a maxim in any franchise chain, and the franchisee must be consistent with it.

In addition and in broad strokes, the franchisee must:

  • Commit to the brand. The franchisee will be the representative of the company in their area of ​​activity and it will be their responsibility to increase the notoriety of it.
  • Limit the use of the brand to its own activity and to the area of ​​exclusivity agreed upon.
  • Maintain fidelity to the techniques established by the plant for the exploitation of the business.
  • Adjust your product / service offer to that offered by the plant.
  • Pay the amount stipulated in terms of royalties and entrance fee.
